Susan Grant, MA., L.P.A. Susan Grant has
facilitated InnerVision groups since 1993. She is motivated by the desire to teach individual and groups the skills
to be present to moment-by-moment experience, thereby developing the ability to stay present and centered amidst the storms
and challenges of life. Susan has an undergraduate degree in religion and
a master’s degree in clinical psychology. She has worked as a psychologist in private practice, hospital, and primary
care settings since 1992. She has had a Buddhist mindfulness practice since 1990 and is currently in training as a Soto Zen
lay minister. Her work combines the teaching of Eastern mindfulness and meditation skills with Western clinical approaches,
including cognitive therapy and stress reduction/relaxation training. Susan is known for sharing compassion and non-judgmental
acceptance with everyone with whom she works.
