Transcending Self-Judgment is for those of you who repeat the same unproductive
behavior cycles. You will see how you are currently living out childhood conditioning and how you are using these cycles
and conditioning against yourself. You will commit to moving toward compassion and acceptance, revealing the natural, spontaneous
being that your are. This is serious and demanding personal work.
In addition to group work and practice between the six sessions, you agree to meditate
weekly -- alone, if you have the self-discipline; with a group, if you need support.
